REFUND, RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At LuckyFits, all products are made-to-order through a Print-on-Demand process. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are custom printed after an order is received, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Color variations due to screen settings

Replacement Eligibility

We will provide a free replacement only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement Request Process

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos showing the issue or damage

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided. If a replacement is not possible, LuckyFits may issue a refund at its sole discretion.
